Our Story

Our primary care, family practice facility originally opened in May of 2020 in Wolfe County. In May 2021 we made the decision to move to Jackson, Kentucky where we saw a greater need for quality health care.

Locally owned, our owners, Justin and Jessica Neace, as well as Jerry Campbell have spent most of their lives, living, residing, and raising families in Breathitt County. We opened the Jackson Medical Clinic in Jackson, Kentucky to provide the medically underserved of our region with more medical, health and wellbeing services to accommodate the needs of our central Appalachian neighbors.
